Alogix provides communication technology including RCS, CPaaS, WhatsApp Business solutions, Voice services, and ILD communication services. All services are intended exclusively for business use. You agree not to use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, including spam, phishing, harassment, or unauthorized messaging activities. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, operator guidelines, and platform policies such as Meta's WhatsApp Business rules and telecom messaging requirements.
Access to Alogix services may require account registration, API credentials, and authentication mechanisms. You agree to safeguard your credentials and remain responsible for all activity occurring under your account. Misuse of credentials, unauthorized access attempts, or disruptive activities may result in immediate suspension or termination of service.
All services, software, documentation, and content provided by Alogix remain our intellectual property. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the services solely for legitimate business communication needs. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, replicate, or commercially exploit any part of our services without written authorization.
Alogix strives to provide reliable and high-quality services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or performance beyond our direct control, such as third-party network outages or telecom operator scheduling. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alogix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, data loss, or communication delivery failures.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use of the platform.
